Hi, I’m Mariah - the person behind Molten Objects.

I started Molten because I wanted to make things I actually wanted in my own space. Objects that are useful, but don’t look like they came straight off an assembly line.

I’m a graphic designer, which probably explains why I care way too much about colours, shapes and tiny details. I also make everything myself, which means I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time sanding resin and questioning why I thought making things by hand was a good idea.

Molten is basically my excuse to experiment - with colour, texture, form and whatever happens when an idea in my head meets a silicone mould.

Everything is made in small batches and finished by hand, so little variations and imperfections are part of the deal. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same, and honestly, that’s the point.

I’m still figuring it all out as I go, but for now, I’m just making weird, colourful little objects and hoping you find something you want to take home.
